Handfuls of Gratitude

Join us for stories about gratitude and thankfulness as we look ahead to the celebration of the Thanksgiving holiday.
 Children may create a festive centerpiece to take home.

 This program is designed for children 2 and up.

No registration is necessary.

Chess for Kids

 1st thru 6th grade
Mondays in november!
3:30 or 4 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Join Sandra Stolle, former teacher and chess instructor, for some chess fun!
Come find out how to play the game, learn new moves, and sharpen your skills!

 Beginners are required to arrive at 3:30 p.m.for individualized instruction.
More experienced players may arrive at 4:00 p.m.

No prior experience necessary.
 Players of all skill levels are welcome.
Come to all the sessions, or just a few.
Free and open to the public.

Young Writer’s Workshop

Join us as we explore the elements of writing using
story maps. We will look at a classic fairytale and
then create our own stories.
